7808 Holstein Friesian cow, 5-year-old, female This animal was losing weight and had malaise in October 2004. On 11-26- 2004 it was taken into the clinic at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine with polyuria and polydipsia. Later, in June 2005, over a period of a week, problems reoccurred with reduced appetite, malaise and dehydration. The clinicians suspected Quercus poisoning.
