7781 Canine, Labrador retriever, 12-year-old, neutered male The dog was brought for decreasing appetite and activity progressively for several months this April. Pleural effusion, thickness pericardium and some mass were noticed around the heart in echo exam. Blood profile was normal. Partial pericardiectomy and biopsy with endoscope were done this June. The volume of the pleural effusion was decreasing during the chemo program and stable gradually. Ascites was noticed when the chemotherapy was add. Panting, decreasing activity, coughing are observered and abdominal distention in Oct. The dog is shock suddenly on the road to the pet shop on 10/6.
